The Icelandic wool plot.

One of our most valuable commodities is the icelandic wool, which has kept us warm since the settlement. It consists of two strands of hair, „þel“ and „Tog“. Þel is the inner coat; shorter, insulating fibres, and tog is the outer coat, longer, water repellent fibres. It‘s easy to wash, but to ensure it´s longevity it‘s best to air it and wash seldom.
